Ingredients
1box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1egg or flax egg See Notes
⅓cupmilkany kind: dairy, oat, almond, tears of joy
¼cupshredded cheese of your choosing
2tbspchopped chives or green onion
👆🏽 AlternatIves - 1 tbsp dried chives or 1 tsp dried minced onion, or ⅛ tsp onion powder
Optional: 2 tbsp cooked bacon or vegan bacon
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat waffle iron (or skillet – See Notes)
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until just combined.
Spoon into waffle iron and cook until golden with crisp edges.
